40 DAYS TO PERSONAL REVOLUTION is a life-changing program that will shift you awake. The program consists of a daily combination of yoga practice (asana), meditation, diet, and personal reflection will awaken a solid foundation from which students can live and grow. The program, designed by Baron Baptiste, runs for just under 6-weeks. Each week we will meet as a group where you will be lead by a facilitator, to support and share together. This program is for everybody, regardless of your level of expertise you will discover and launch yourself in to living your best life and feel energized.

ASANA PRACTICE: Attend 5 classes a week at Homegrown Power Yoga. The 6th and 7th day is for a home practice, optional yoga class, and one day of rest.

DAILY MEDITATION: You will receive instruction on how to begin and deepen a daily meditation practice at home. The meditation will begin with 5 minutes in the morning and evening and will increase in increments.

WEEKLY MEETINGS: Gather together with your 40 day group - meditate, journal, discuss, learn, and receive personal support throughout the program.

FOOD CLEANSE: Learn principles to cleanse your body, eat healthy to support your physical practice and to feel energized. Maintain a focus on dietary awareness.

INQUIRY WORK: Personal inquiry and discussion, complete excavation questions to dive in to discovering your greatest self.

COMMUNITY: Build relationships with people in your yoga community, create meaningful connections, make new friends and be part of a supportive learning environment.

Investment: $60 for members (auto-pay, annual passes), $150 for non members
