Things to know before your first class
All classes on the Homegrown Power Yoga schedule are truly for ALL LEVELS and for every body regardless physical abilities. Show up for class at least 15 minutes prior to start time. Time to meet your leader and community, set up your space without rushing. Please don't be late!

New Student Unlimited Month Pass
All new students get the first two weeks of UNLIMITED Yoga for ONLY $29. That means you can come to as many classes as you like.

What classes are best for beginners?
Any class on the schedule:-)

What do I need to bring with me to class?

  • a water bottle

  • a small towel - It gets sweaty once you start moving.

  • a yoga mat

  • comfortable workout clothes

If you do not have these items we have them all in the studio for FREE or for purchase. Again, just show up!

Where should I set myself up in the room?
Somewhere in the center of the room so you have people around you for reference.
