What to expect at HPY

Each Power Yoga class we will work to stretch and release, tone and strengthen each part of your body. You will leave feeling invigorated in your body and calm in your mind. All our classes are designed for all levels from people new to yoga to more advanced. Our skilled teachers will guide you and help you to grow! Just come and experience it for yourself you will love it!

How to prepare for class:

  • Wear fitted workout clothes.

  • Bring a yoga mat, towel and water bottle or borrow them in the studio.

  • Be prepared to be device free for your class (no phones in the practice space).

  • Show up for class 15 minutes prior to start time. Time to meet your teacher, set up your space without rushing.

  • Show up and do your best. You will be glad you did!

Tue: 5.30AM – 6.30AM, 12PM – 1PM and 5.30PM – 6.45PM
Wed: 5.30AM – 6.30AM, 11.30 AM (15 min meditation), 12PM – 1PM and 6.30PM – 7.45PM
Thu: 5.30AM – 6.30AM, 12PM – 1PM and 5.30PM – 6.45PM
Fri: 6.00AM – 7.00AM, 12PM – 1PM and 5.00PM – 6.00PM
Sat: 7.30AM – 8.30AM, 9AM (15 min meditation), 9.30AM – 10.30AM
Sun: 10.00AM – 11.15AM
