What to expect at HPY

Each Power Yoga class we will work to stretch and release, tone and strengthen each part of your body in a cozy infrared heated studio with soft and safe Zebra flooring. You will leave feeling invigorated in your body and calm in your mind. All our classes are designed for all levels from people new to yoga to more advanced. Our skilled yoga leaders will guide you and help you to grow in our amazing yoga community! Just come and experience it for yourself. You will love it!


How to prepare for class

  • Wear fitted workout clothes.

  • Bring a yoga mat, towel and water bottle or borrow them for FREE in the studio.

  • Be prepared to be device free for your class (no phones in the practice space).

  • Show up for class at least 15 minutes prior to start time. Time to meet your leader and community, set up your space without rushing. Please don't be late!

  • Show up and do your best. You will be happy you did!
